Academic: Introduced programmatic changes to expand existing concentration into a BFA program in New Media. Outlined development of an “MFA in Design”. Implemented pilot Dual-Enrollment engagements with regional High Schools. Implemented renewal of Articulation Agreements with regional Community Colleges. 

Fiscal: Monitored the resource implications of performance as fiscal restraint of budget was managed.

Facilities: Implemented comprehensive improvements to learning environment including: classroom reconfiguration, new classroom/studio furnishings, new/upgraded student commons areas, and new PrintCenter.

Accreditation: Participated in submission of successful reaffirmation of accreditation (NASAD).
